Returns & Exchanges

We personally select and love all our products and believe you should too. If you're not happy with your purchase - then we're not happy! We guarantee all of our products for 60 days from the date of your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to "contact us" and we can work to make things right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to health and sanitation regulations, The Lash Exchange cannot accept any returns on any opened packaging.

To make a return please email us at orders@thelashexchange.com and we will send you a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thelashexchange.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@thelashexchange.com and send your item to: 2540 Marsh Lane Ste 108, Carrollton, TX, 75006, United States.

 

SHIPPING

The Lash Exchange™ ships directly from our Dallas store.

US orders received before 1 PM CST are shipped the same day.

Orders received after 1 PM CST will be shipped next business day.

Once your item has been ordered and processed, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a link to track your package. Please double check your shipping address - The Lash Exchange™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it has been shipped from our store. Orders are sent to the exact address given to us for shipping. If an order has been returned to us as undeliverable, please note that we will need to charge you the additional shipping fees to re-send the package.

If you register an account with us, we made it easy for you to view your purchase history and track your orders in your account page. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you have not received your product, please:

Make sure no one in your household, building security, or neighbors have received your package.

Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you.

If you still cannot locate your package, it may be lost and we can file a lost package claim for you. Simply contact us.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all packages and products immediately upon delivery. If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. We may have to contact the courier company for damage inspection and open a claim. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials. The Lash Exchange™ reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products.


Cancellations

We work to process your order as quickly as possible. Placed orders can be cancelled without penalty until it has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled. Please "contact us link" to process any cancellations.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Sure! If you're in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, we can certainly make arrangements for you to pick up your order and check out our storefront location at the same time -
